::Special Orders-

::Returns-

Your complete satisfaction is very important to us so any items sent in error or any defective items may be returned for full credit or replacement or exchange. We will absorb all shipping costs for these errors.
If your order was correctly filled, we will gladly accept your return for yarn in original unopened condition. However, there are no refunds on shipping and handling costs on correctly filled orders.


No returns can be accepted after 60 days from the date on your sales slip due to dye lots and seasonality of items.


All sale items are final and sale items may not be returned or exchanged.


Sale
of books, patterns, and magazines are FINAL. No Returns.


::Internet orders-

Although we try our best to maintain an accurate inventory count on our website, there are occasions when you order an ‘in stock’ item on the internet that is ‘out of stock’. We will do our best to fill your order quickly and let you know when to expect shipment or give you an option to cancel for full refund.
